‘Okina’s flour blend is freshly milled, featuring Nash’s Organic Produce oats, Yemetz Family Farms’ almonds and Kandarian Organic Farms’ buckwheat, teff and flaxseeds.
Our pumpkin spice blend is made in-house, featuring single origin spices from Burlap & Barrel — Cinnamon Verum, Pemba Cloves and Buffalo Ginger, and our maple sugar comes from Patterson Sugar Bush.
Ingredients: (* = Organic) ‘Okina flour blend (oats*, almonds*, buckwheat*, teff*, flaxseeds*), maple sugar*, ‘Okina baking powder (cream of tartar, arrowroot*, baking soda), ‘Okina pumpkin spice (cinnamon*, cloves*, ginger), baking soda, salt.
